No long-term contracts! You can pay monthly and cancel anytime (no refunds for part months). We also offer discounts for annual plans if you prefer to commit and save. Contact us for more information about our annual plans - get 12 months for the price of 10.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Clients on the Ultimate plan can switch to monthly Direct Debit after their first debit/credit card payment.
Usage fees are payable by debit/credit card, you'll receive either $10 or $20 in credit every month (depending on your plan), this does not roll over. Any usage above these amounts will be deducted from your wallet. You must keep your wallet topped up automatically to avoid any disruption in services.
Inbox+ includes core features like the All-in-One Inbox, Reviews & Reputation Management, Job Management and much more. Ultimate gives you everything in Inbox+, plus Smart Website, Local SEO, Email Marketing, Paid Ads, and more. Add-Ons let you customise your Inbox+ plan by adding extra features as you grow.
Many of these are included in Inbox+ or Ultimate. The AI chatbot, and review collection tools are built-in - no need for extra subscriptions or third-party tools.
Some features like SMS, WhatsApp, automations, phone numbers, and inbound/outbound phone calls may carry small usage fees, but your plan includes credits to cover basic usage. You’ll only pay more if your usage exceeds those credits.
