How much does a lead cost?
Leads start at £8 + VAT, depending on your trade and area. Every price is fixed and agreed up front: exclusive local sites have one price per lead, and comparison sites price by job type, so a repair enquiry costs less than a full installation. You know exactly what a lead costs before you commit - it never changes without notice, and you only pay for leads that are actually delivered to you.
What counts as a billable lead?
A quote-form enquiry with the customer's contact details, or an answered phone call over 60 seconds on the site's tracked number. Repeat enquiries from the same number within 14 days are flagged as duplicates and are free.
Are the leads really exclusive?
On our local trade sites, yes - one lead is sold to one partner and is never shared or resold. Our comparison sites work differently by design: there the customer has asked to compare quotes, so the enquiry goes to up to three vetted firms that cover their postcode. You always know which type of site you are partnered with.
Do you run comparison sites too?
Yes. Alongside our exclusive local sites we run comparison sites such as boilerquotes.com for boiler installations. These suit compare-first jobs, from full installations to repairs and services, where customers want to compare. Each lead is shared with up to three firms covering the customer's area, you pick the postcodes you want, and you pay per lead just as you would locally.
What if a lead is bogus?
Flag a lead from your portal within 7 days - invalid number, duplicate, outside your area or not a genuine enquiry. Credited flags are returned to your balance. Call recordings keep the process fair for everyone.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. There is a short partner agreement setting out how leads, pricing and credits work, but no minimum term, no subscription and no notice period. You prepay a balance, leads are debited as they arrive, and you can pause or stop at any time.
