1. Who we are
LeadCentre is operated by iLeads Ltd, a United Kingdom company ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].
2. The service
LeadCentre is software for receiving, managing and following up sales enquiries, made up of a mobile app, an online portal and, on agency plans, tools for managing separate client accounts. Features marked Coming Soon on our website aren't part of the service until we release them.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Agency customers are responsible for the client accounts and users they create.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in the currency you choose at checkout, through our payment provider Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.

5. Cancelling

6. Your data
Your leads and account data belong to you, and we process them to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people whose details you hold, and to send them messages.

7. Acceptable use
You must not use LeadCentre to break the law, to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the service or anyone else's use of it.
8. Third-party services
Connections rely on services we don't control, such as ad platforms, form tools, Zapier and Make, and they have their own terms and charges. We can't guarantee those services, or that any notification or lead will always be delivered instantly.
